Wanting to take your sparkling cocktail game to the next level? Looking for a fresh twist on a quintessential mixed drink? We have the perfect recipe for you! While the Mojito is a bev we all know and love, we think it's about time for a much needed refresh on this Cuban classic.

When we think cocktails, champagne and mojito's wouldn't even be in the same sentence let alone the same cup, but the rosé mojito will blow your average rum concoction out of the water. With a drink like this you really get the best of both worlds; cool and refreshing with just the right amount of classy. After all, soda water is a mojito's most BORING ingredient so why not swap out the classic fizz with your fav bubbles! This easy swap will elevate your cocktail game all summer long whether you're catching some rays poolside, getting down on the beach, or chilling on the couch soaking up the AC.

What you'll need:

  • 2 oz Moét & Chandon Rosé Brut Champagne
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

Directions:
In a cocktail glass, muddle your lime wedge, mint leaves, and simple syrup together. Next add ice to your glass. Finish by topping with your Moét & Chandon Rosé Brut Champagne, stir, and you're ready to enjoy.
