This is summer in a glass. Fresh peach puree meets crisp Brut sparkling wine to create a cocktail that’s light, fruity, and oh-so-sippable. It’s ideal for golden hour toasts, patio hangs, or an impromptu picnic.  It's so good you'll want to make a pitcher!

ingredients:

  • 4 oz Brut sparkling wine (we love this paired with JCB - Jean Charles Boisset!)

  • 2 oz peach puree (fresh or canned)

  • 0.25 oz lemon juice

  • Garnish: peach slice or mint leaf

directions:

  1. Add peach puree and lemon juice to a glass.

  2. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Top with Brut sparkling wine.

  4. Garnish and serve over ice or in a chilled flute.

Cheers!

Sue
