4 oz Brut Champagne or sparkling wine (we love this paired with Armand De Brignac Ace of Spade)

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

0.5 oz lemon juice

0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)

Garnish: grapefruit twist or rosemary sprig
