There’s something magical about a glass of bubbles in the summer sun. This citrus-forward cocktail is crisp, effervescent, and just the right balance of tart and sweet. Whether you're lounging poolside or hosting brunch, this one’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Made with Brut sparkling wine, it lets the wine shine while adding a zesty twist.

ingredients:

  • 4 oz Brut Champagne or sparkling wine (we love this paired with Armand De Brignac Ace of Spade)

  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey + hot water)

  • Garnish: grapefruit twist or rosemary sprig

directions:

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and honey syrup.

  2. Shake and strain into a coupe or flute.

  3. Top with Brut sparkling wine.

  4. Garnish and serve chilled.

Cheers!
