Spring is here and so our new spring inspired cocktails! Think French 75, but make it cottagecore. The Garden 75 brings in fresh herbs like thyme and basil for a botanical twist that pairs perfectly with gin and sparkling wine. It’s bright, aromatic, and destined to be your go-to garden party drink. Serve in a coupe and let the compliments roll in.

ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and warm water)
  • 2 oz sparkling wine (we love this paired with Armand De Brignac Ace of Spade)
  • Fresh thyme or basil for garnish

directions:

Shake gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme or basil.
