- 3 ounces sparkling wine (we love this paired with Une Femme - Betty or P.Harrell - Blanc De Noir)
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 1/2 ounce dark berry liqueur (such as Chambord, crème de cassis, or crème de mûre)
- 1 thin lemon half-moon slice for garnish
