Ready to shake up your cocktail game? Introducing our Recipe of the Week: The Kir Royale Champagne Cocktail!

Now, don't be intimidated by the fancy name. It's actually super easy to make and oh-so-delicious! Imagine your favorite bubbly Champagne infused with a splash of crème de cassis—a sweet liqueur made from juicy currants. The result? A gorgeous pink drink with a fruity kick that'll make your taste buds dance!

ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce crème de cassis
  • 6 ounces chilled dry champagne or sparkling wine (we love this paired with Veuve Clicquot - Yellow Label orPerrier-Jouet Grand Brut)
  • raspberry (optional)

directions

  1. Pour 1/2 ounce crème de cassis into a 6-ounce champagne glass.
  2. Add 6 ounces chilled dry champagne or sparkling wine by pouring it slowly to prevent it from bubbling over.
  3. Garnish with 1 raspberry if desired and serve immediately.

Cheers!

Sue
