Cocktail - Apple Cider Mimosa

The most famous champagne cocktail is of course a mimosa, which is often reserved for the day, Sunday to be exact. While I do love mimosas I’m more of a night owl, so one of my favorite champagne cocktails is the apple cider mimosa. It’s a great night cap. It’s on the sweeter side, which is the side I lean to, and since it incorporates whiskey, which my husband is a fan of, it’s a win/win late night cocktail after a long day. Cheers and Goodnight!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. brut champagne
  • 2 oz. all-natural apple cider
  • 1 oz. cinnamon whiskey
  • 1 slice of apple, for garnish

Directions
Mix cider and cinnamon whiskey in a champagne flute. Top with champagne, then stir lightly until incorporated. Garnish with an apple slice.
