What are the membership options?

You can opt for an annual or bi-monthly option. The best value comes with an annual membership. With the annual membership you pay for each box upfront and receive an instant CA$37.50 (CA$6.25/off each box). With the bi-monthly membership you pay as you go and can skip any month.

What is included with my membership?

Every other month you will receive a curated box containing (3) 187ml bottles or (1) 375ml bottle & (1) 187ml bottles of sparkling wine, as well as a  special gift from us and CA$12.50  in rewards towards a full size order. You will also receive a tasting guide highlighting the sparkling wine(s) in each box. This tasting guide will including tasting notes, education facts, seasonal pairings and cocktail ideas to make your experience truly unique.

When does my membership renew?

When you first sign up, you will be charged immediately for your bi-monthly or annual membership. Your membership will renew on the 2nd day of the shipping month. Your membership automatically renews bi-monthly, or annually unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming billing date. You must cancel 5 days prior to your billing date. Our billing dates (outside of first purchase) are: January 2, March 2, May 2, July 2, September 2, and November 2. You can log into your account to manage your subscription. What forms of payment do you take?

The Sip accepts all major credit cards and Paypal ( for gifting and full bottle purchase only), and Paypal for full bottle purchases.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! Don't keep a good thing to yourself! Share your sparkling wine obsession and you both get CA$6.25 when your bestie becomes a new subscriber! Each referral gets you CA$6.25 off anything on our site! Imagine the possibilities. Login to your Sip account to refer a friend today!

How do I skip a month or cancel my membership?

Login to Sip account and click manage my subscription. This option will allow you to both skip or cancel your membership. To cancel your subscription please login 5 days prior to the membership renew date and cancel. Bi-monthly memberships can be canceled after the second billing cycle.


How do I give The Sip Society membership as a gift?

How do I cancel or receive a refund on my order?

We do not offer refunds on orders. All sales are considered final. In some cases, credit can be issued upon review of the order.


How does The Sip pick the sparkling wines in each box?

It’s all about discovery! Our by-the-glass program allows you to try the exclusive sparkling wines you’ve always wanted and some you’ve never heard of. We’ll highlight what’s seasonally appropriate and worth discovering.

How do I order the sparkling wine I loved from the last box?

You can purchase all full size bottles of the wine you loved in your last box on the shop page. Bottles are released 2 weeks after the sip box has been sent to subscribers.


When does The Sip ship? (We love a good tongue twister!)

The Subscription sip box will ship every other month during the 2nd week of the shipping months. 

Holidays Observed: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King's Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

What are the shipping months?

We are a bi-monthly membership. Our shipping months for all members are as follows: January, March, May, July, September and November.

And where do you ship?

We ship to cities in the following provinces: Ontario and British Columbia. We currently do not ship to Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan

Is an adult signature required?

Yes, an adult signature is required. And since we will be needing your autograph we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. 

Can I pick up the delivery at a different location?

Absolutely! Once you receive your tracking number contact the carrier, so you can pick up at the nearest shipping office location at your own convenience.

I missed my delivery. What do I do?

If you missed the first delivery attempt. Please contact the carrier directly for any special delivery instructions.

My shipment is Missing/Stolen/Damaged? What do I do?

If your box is Lost, Stolen or Damaged. Don’t worry, your box is insured! You can file a claim by clicking here. Please note below the timelines to file your claim.

Timeline for filing claims:

Lost? - File claims no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update.

Stolen? - File claims no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered - Orders over $120 CAD require a police report.

Damaged? - File claims for damaged items with photos of the package and items no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.
